When we dispatch your order
Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are shipped the next business day.
During peak periods such as Black Friday and the lead-up to Christmas, dispatch can take a little longer. If your order includes a pre-order item, we hold the whole order and ship it together once that item arrives.
Tracking your order
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so don’t worry if it looks quiet at first.
If your order still hasn’t arrived well after the estimate below, get in touch with your order number and we’ll track it down.
How long delivery takes
Once your order is with Australia Post, these are the estimated delivery times. They start from dispatch, not from when you placed the order. They are estimates, not guarantees — weather, public holidays and peak periods can all add a day or two.
