What does pre-order mean?
When an item is listed as a pre-order on our website, it means the product is either new (and still on its way to us) or temporarily out of stock and we’re waiting for it to arrive at our warehouse. Pre-order items allow you to reserve your favourite Nashie in advance so you can be one of the first to receive it once it’s available.
Shipping for pre-order items
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be dispatched together once all items are available. This ensures you receive everything in one delivery and reduces shipping costs as well as emissions.
Estimated shipping dates
We typically include a shipping date on the website for pre-order items. This is our best estimate for when the item will leave our warehouse. Please note that the date may change slightly depending on stock arrivals and logistics, but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.
