How do I get a Nashie gift card?
You can grab a gift card straight from our website. It’s digital only, so no waiting for a package. Once you’ve purchased it, you’ll get an email with the gift card code. From there, you can forward it to the lucky recipient or print it out and give it in person.
Do I have to use the full amount in one go?
Not at all. The amount you spend will be taken from your gift card balance, and any leftover credit stays ready for your next Nashie order.
Can I combine my gift card with another payment method?
Definitely. You can split your order between your gift card and another payment method. The gift card balance will automatically apply first, and the rest can be paid however you like.
What happens if I return an order paid with a gift card?
Refunds for orders paid fully or partially with a gift card go back onto the gift card first. Any remaining amount will be refunded to your other payment method. Refunds usually show up within 3–5 working days.
How long is my gift card valid?
Nashie gift cards don’t expire so there’s no rush to use them. Your balance will stay safe and ready for whenever you or your recipient are ready to pick the perfect Nashie.
